It depends where your work already happens. Microsoft 365 businesses usually get the most from Copilot; Google Workspace businesses often start with Gemini. ChatGPT and Claude are strong general assistants with excellent APIs. Many companies use two. We are not a reseller, so the recommendation follows your data and your use cases.
Not on the right plans. The business and enterprise tiers of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot, and their APIs, do not train on your content by default. We confirm each vendor's current terms at the start, move your team off personal accounts, and document which data goes where.
It is safe when permissions are in order. Copilot shows users what they can already access, so an overshared SharePoint site becomes easy to find. That is an infrastructure problem, and fixing it before rollout is the first thing we do.
n8n runs inside your own cloud, so workflow data and credentials stay in infrastructure you control, and pricing does not scale per task. For simple, low-volume automations a hosted tool such as Zapier or Make can be the better fit, and we will say so.
We measure the current process first (time taken, error rate, cost) and hold the automation to that baseline on real test data before it touches production. If it does not beat the baseline, it does not go live.
