01The real problem

Most IT failures are not surprises. They are things nobody was paid to watch.

Outages, runaway bills and failed audits rarely come from exotic problems. They come from ordinary maintenance that sat outside somebody’s job description for eighteen months.

See How We Take It On
  1. 01

    Nobody owns the cloud bill

Instances sized for a load test two years ago. Orphaned volumes. Three environments running at 3am. Spend grows until somebody opens the invoice.

20 to 40% of it removed in year one

  2. 02

The person who set it up has left

No diagram, no runbook, credentials in a spreadsheet. Everything works until it doesn't, and then nobody can safely touch it.

Documented and handed over in week one

  3. 03

    Backups nobody has ever restored

A backup job with a green tick is a hypothesis. The first real restore attempt should not happen during an incident.

    Restore tests every quarter, evidenced

03AI Integration

AI that works inside the systems you already run.

Most AI projects stall on the parts nobody demos: permissions, identity, data access and integration. That is infrastructure work, and it is what we do every day.

Boring is a feature.

Your environment ends up described in files you own. Replace us and the next team reads these instead of guessing.

06Engagement model

You always know what happens next

Four stages, each with a defined output and a decision point. You approve the design and the price before any build work begins.

  1. 01

    Assess

    Week 0

A technical session on what you run today and where the business is heading. You receive a written assessment of risks, priorities and approach.

  2. 02

    Blueprint

    Weeks 1 to 2

Target architecture, component choices, monthly running cost and a migration sequence with rollback points. Fixed price, delivered as a document you own.

  3. 03

    Build & Migrate

    Weeks 2 to 8

Infrastructure as code, staged cutover, and a rehearsal before anything touches production. Planned downtime is agreed up front, and usually there is none.

  4. 04

    Operate

    Ongoing

24/7 monitoring, patching, backup verification and monthly reporting on uptime, spend and capacity. Your named engineer stays the same.

09Straight answers

The questions that actually stall the decision

Ask us directly and an engineer will answer within 1 business day.

Two to six weeks, run in parallel, so nothing is switched off before the replacement is proven. We handle the credential handover and close the documentation gaps outgoing providers leave behind.

Yes. We are headquartered in Wyoming, hold active connections into Europe and work with clients worldwide. We deploy into whichever cloud regions your data residency rules require, and monitoring and on-call run 24/7, so your time zone never decides your response time.

Yes. We advise on the platform, roll it out with single sign-on, data controls and a usage policy, and integrate it with the systems your team already uses. Because we also run the infrastructure, the parts most AI projects stall on are handled from the start.
