Why we exist
Good infrastructure is invisible. Getting there is not.
Most mid-sized businesses end up with infrastructure that grew rather than got designed. A server here, a cloud account there, a contractor who set something up and moved on. It works, until the day it very publicly does not.
SixthWest was founded to be the opposite of that. We design systems before we build them, we write down what we did, and we stay to run it. Headquartered in Wyoming, we work to the documentation and change-control standards enterprise IT takes for granted.
Our team is senior by design. Every client gets a named engineer who knows their environment, rather than whichever technician happens to pick up the ticket.

You get a person, not a queue. The same engineer who designed your environment is the one who picks up when something breaks.
